What is a Minor in Engineering ?
A B.Tech. Minor lets you take additional courses outside your main branch of study. This helps you gain expertise in a secondary engineering field, expand your knowledge, and improve your career prospects by diversifying your skills and opening up more opportunities in multidisciplinary areas.

Credit Structure
Students must complete a total of 15 credits to be awarded the Minor degree.

Additionally, you may take up to two University-approved MOOC courses (7–8 credits).
Allotment
- You can give a maximum of 7 choices for Minor programs.
- Allotment is based on your choices and SGPA in the first semester. If none of the choices can be allotted, a program will be allotted at random; you may drop the minor if you wish.
- Re-allotment requests will not be considered.
